Hudson Wisconsin is home of the Willow River State Park and waterfall. We share our fun photos along the trail to the Willow River waterfall.
We chose to explore this State Park on our fifth wedding anniversary. Seeing a beautiful multitiered waterfall and hiking was the perfect way to celebrate.
This is a Wisconsin State Park. Therefore, to explore it requires you to have a current State Trail Pass. This State Park also has camping, a nature center, hiking, a sandy beach, and pavilions to shelter from the sun.
If you like State Parks also check out Maquoketa Caves and State Park. This unique State Park does not contain a waterfall. However, it is worth the trip.
Parking near the Beach
This is located at the end of the road in the Willow River State Park. There is ample parking in this lot, and many come to enjoy the small beach.
