In the small town of Red Wing Minnesota you will find this spectacular drive and outlook from Memorial Park. You can spend a few minutes or a few hours enjoying this free and scenic park.
Take this day trip from the Twin Cities to see the bluffs. If you are willing to drive a bit further, the town of Winona is another gorgeous bluff side town. Other fantastic day trips from the cities include Stillwater and Taylors Falls.
This park is located in close proximity to Main Street. It is up a steep and windy hill. However, the drive is quite short, and when you arrive there is plenty of free parking.

Thing you will see on the Spectacular Drive and Outlook from Memorial Park
When we arrived we took the first spot to park off the one way road. There was a concrete picnic bench, and hawks flying above us.
This park has multiple grills, picnic tables, 4.4 mile loop trail, and a 9 hole Frisbee golf course.
